You can re-use the last ten complete queries used.

On the History menu select the Search history command.
The last ten search term combinations are listed.
Click one of the combinations.
The search terms are entered in the fields.

The search history also includes the databases in which you have searched.

For this reason first select the query from the search history and then change the database selection if necessary.
